Herb-rich grassland mixture, Salad Buffet® LeguTOP:
Herb-rich grassland mixture with 18 different types of grasses, herbs, and clovers. Highly productive, suitable for mowing and grazing. Has a long growing season combined with a high yield. Offers livestock variety in the feed supply, is palatable, and is well absorbed. Salad Buffet® LeguTOP contains an extra 10 kg of inoculated alfalfa and is therefore eligible for the highest subsidy in Germany.
Drought resistance:
This mixture, due to the many deep-rooting species, stores a lot of CO2 vertically in the soil and has a very high water retention capacity.

Grazing is going well! This year we have much more grass than last year, we are amazed!
My Saladebuffet® (Salad Buffet) plots are growing twice as fast as my perennial ryegrass plots!

We have a very high livestock density on very dry sandy soil. That's why we have to irrigate. At 30°C, grass no longer grows despite irrigation, but Saladebuffet (Salad Buffet) just keeps going.
PG NxT STEP is such a great farming system because you work WITH nature and WITH the cows. It's a pity I didn't start with it ten years earlier.
